Refund policy

**Returns**
We want you to be happy with your EasyComfort purchase. You may request a
return within **30 days** of the delivery date. To be eligible, an item must
be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received
it.

To start a return, email us at regirenka@gmail.com with your order number
and the reason for the return. We'll confirm the return address and next
steps by email.

**Refunds**
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email whether
it's approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method
within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

**Damaged or incorrect items**
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered,
contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We'll arrange
a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

**Non-returnable items**
Items marked as final sale, and any item returned more than 30 days after
delivery, are not eligible for return.

**Order cancellations**
You can cancel an order for a full refund any time before it ships. Once an
order has shipped, it falls under the return policy above.
