Shipping policy

**Processing time**
Orders are processed within **1–3 business days** of purchase.

**Shipping time**
Because items ship directly from our supplier network, delivery generally
takes **10–20 business days** depending on your location, with occasional
delays during high-demand periods (holidays, major sales events). You'll
receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

**Shipping rates**
Standard shipping is **free** on all orders within the United States. No
minimum, no surprise fees at checkout.

**Order tracking**
Once your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking link. Please
allow 24–48 hours after shipment for tracking information to update.

**International orders**
We currently ship within the regions shown at checkout. If your country
isn't listed, it means we don't yet support shipping there — email us and
we'll let you know if that changes.

**Lost or delayed packages**
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, email us at
regirenka@gmail.com with your order number and we'll look into it with the
carrier on your behalf.
